Up for sale is a *NEW* 3D printed headlight mount for select Suzuki's. Designed and manufactured in Nashville, TN, United States. Printed from yellow plastic, it is similar to some of the yellows found as stock. Due to aging and UV, it is impossible to offer a match. From 5-10 feet, it is indistinguishable that this is a 3D print. The fingers fit tightly on the forks, and headlight attaches in without any modification as printed. Mounting tab also lines up perfectly with the fork (see photos). Printed as a single piece, not glued or riveted. Monolithic construction.
3D printed from UV and petroleum impervious PETG plastic. Available in engineering plastics such as Nylon, ABS and ASA. Please inquire for custom materials.
