Rolls Royce Silver Cloud and Bentley S1 S2 S3 RHD Hydroboost Brake Master Cylinder Kit
This is a fully engineered assembly that penetrates the floor in the stock location and replicates the stock throw of the original pedal assembly. Included are all the custom components required to add a hydraulic hydroboost brake master cylinder under the floor of RHD Bentley S1 S2 S3 and Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. This kit is not compatible with LHD.

Custom powder coated mild steel weldments from heavy gauge plate
Oilite bushings for all pivots
Castle nuts with pins to lock pivot bolts
Clocking adapter to clock the master cylinder 90 degrees
Remanufactured hydroboost unit
Graded bolts for all connections
Crush tubes for frame modification
Brake light switch and switch bracket
AN-6 fitting for hydroboost
New brake master cylinder
This is a fully designed/engineered solution, but welding, grinding and cutting are required to make space for the hydroboost under the floor.
Chassis Modifications
Requires modification of the front right body mount (new braces to re-mount to frame included)
Requires addition of 4 welded crush tubes to the frame (crush tubes, drill template and initial drill template included).
Requires removal of frame tabs associated with old brake system.
Custom Plumbing
Requires new hard lines to be plumbed to existing system or new plumbing for disk brake conversion (also offered).
Requires addition of the hydro boost to the power steering high pressure circuit. Recommend to plumb with AN-6.
Requires addition of low pressure return line from hydroboost blow off
This is a permanent modification.
Full engineering support available for installation. Fine tuning/adjustment is required after installation. This kit should only be installed by a skilled mechanic/fabricator.
