Pricing & Scope

Base Service

Mesh Scan

Minimum — no service below this.

Watertight STL · 100% resolution and 80% low poly deliverable · Photo preview included with invoice. Parts under 12″ × 12″ × 12″ with no further instructions are scanned and invoiced at $130.

Add-On

Parametric CAD

STP, IGS, SLDPRT, IPRT — design intent extracted. Mesh file included. Contact us before shipping to discuss scope.

Return shipping: Parts under 2 lbs and 12″ cube are returned free, uninsured. Larger or heavier parts have return shipping invoiced with the base fee before data is released. On request, your reference will be destroyed — no return shipping charge applies.

Identify Your Shipment

Include your email or phone number by writing on the part, writing inside the box lid, or including a slip of paper. If the outer label is damaged in transit, we need a way to reach you.

What to Expect

  • Your reference is returned in the box it arrived in, to the return address on the label, packed as received.
  • References are scanned as received. Simple defects — a hole, dimple, or scratch on a flat face — can be repaired digitally.
  • Broken edges, missing features, or partial references are captured as-is. Send photos if you need alterations and we'll advise on cost.

Pack Your Reference & Ship

  • Fragile or precision references: double-box with padding between layers.
  • Your email or phone is somewhere in or on the box (see Step 02).
  • Include mating parts or references if applicable.

Shipping Address

We will provide the shipping address to our Nashville lab after you submit the contact form. Do not ship before receiving confirmation.
