NEW Volvo 240 AC Air Conditioning 4 Hose Set

These hoses are made right here in the USA from brand new Parker Futura or Goodyear Galaxy hose. No dry rot!

Please note, this hose setup can be retrofit to any year of 1974-1993 B21, B23 or B230 powered Volvo 240, providing you use the below parts with specified mounting. Hoses are by default made for the Sanden compressor (cylindrical). If you require York hoses (square, early compressor), you must send me a message with your order.

This kit requires the use of:

• Four Seasons 1370235 drier, mounted to radiator support

• Murray/4 Seasons 54603 Evaporator

• Four Seasons 38607 Expansion Valve

• Four Seasons 58785 Compressor OR York 210 Compressor (must specify York at checkout if early application). We sell and upgrade bracket to put late B230 accessories on B21, B23 engines

The four hoses included are:

• Compressor Discharge to Condenser Inlet

• Condenser outlet to Drier Inlet

• Drier Inlet to Expansion Valve Inlet

• Evaporator Outlet to Compressor Suction

Also included is oring sealant for properly resealing the system. Please note, these hoses are MADE TO ORDER, BY THE ORDER.Drawings exist for these, and they have been made many times, but are not stocked as a ready to ship item.
